Delivery

SPECTRA online store ships domestic orders within Australia and Overseas. Domestic orders will be charged a flat fee of $7.95 for shipping. Overseas orders will be charged a flat fee of $20 per order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of your order being placed online. If there is an inventory shortage we will contact you via phone or email to ensure we can fill your order. All states in Australia may take up to 10 days from order preparation depending on the location. Please expect longer delivery times in peak periods such as the Christmas period.

Returns

We do not exchange or refund if you change your mind. If you a feel you have been shipped a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, SPECTRA is happy to chat and help you out- we want you to love our products and we hope you’ll be with us for life!
